About Me
I’m available to listen and to help, at short notice, if necessary, when life becomes overwhelming.
Most of us have challenges thrown at us at some point in our lives, and that is often the moment we choose to look more closely at how we could make our lives better in some way.
I believe that happiness doesn’t always come naturally to people; there are many ways in which we can learn to have more satisfying lives.
Whatever your circumstances, your life can usually be improved, by looking at the things that don’t work for you, and attempting to change them – in a one-to-one setting.

Why Choose Me?
Humanistic Psychotherapist
I draw upon a variety of different therapeutic approaches, and I’m equally happy to work on short-term issues, or enter into long-term therapy, with a client.
Life Experience
I draw on my own experience of managing the challenges of divorce and bringing up children to help and support clients. My children are grown-up, and I am now a grandparent, so have more recent experience of babies and toddlers. I am also very aware of the challenges involved in living a solo-life, especially during this pandemic.
Funeral Celebrant
Having worked for many years in the funeral business and as a celebrant, I’m happy to work with newly bereaved people, or people who are close to death.
